This resistance we can be avoided only by understanding how this comes into place, not by saying I must work effortlessly. Present society accepts competition, comparison as a way of life. It is never looking at the energy that one gets when one is in love with what he is doing, to be in love there
must be no ambition, goal, target in your work.
When you are ambitious you are interested in the end result not the actual work, how can one be creative when he is looking for the end result always. The present defines the end result not vice versa. I'm not saying end result has no
importance but it is not only the important thing. When the mind is looking for the end result, we are missing the happiness in little things.
Time is very important factor to understand in our work, you may ignore understanding the effect of time but its effect is always there. Suppose your work has to be completed in a certain time and you are not able to do it, then operation of thinking begins, it says complete your work otherwise you have to face the consequences, it might be answering your authority, losing your job....etc. The basic activity of thought is search for security, but thought can produce fear,
confusion, frustration .....Etc, here if you observe closely thinking is forming resistance towards work, and this resistance that makes you dull not the actual work.
It is our duty to observe and understand this resistance because this is the actual enemy, because of which I am suffering in my work, this resistance can even destroy the relationships between us. So becoming expert in work is not only means to train your brain in a certain technology or subject, but it also includes the understanding of the culture of work. Try to look how you are reacting when a problem is thrown at you, are you looking at it as though it is not a problem
at all or you are giving it energy and making it more complex. It is simplicity in thought that can solve the problems.
It is each and every individual's job to understand all this, you can't say it's the duty of the management, government, ideal...etc or they can't say it's the duty of the individual.
